Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of booking,the same has to be informed in writing.Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
30 days before arrival 25%
29 to 15 days before arrival 50%
14 days till arrival 100%
Homestay Rules
Guest’s collaboration is highly appreciated in abiding by these rules and regulations of the Homestay to ensure a peaceful and safe stay:
1. Homestay rooms are rented for homestay days. The room tariff includes accommodation and meals.
2. Homestay check-in starts at 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out at 11:00 a.m. on the following day. A late check-out is permissible only on availability of rooms and that too, to an extension of 1 hour and after that a full day room rent will be charged. If the guest wants to retain the room after normal check-out time then it has to be informed well in advance and the extension will be allowed subject to availability and normal tariff will be applicable. Management reserves the right to remove guest belongings from the room after failure to vacate the room post check-out time. Early check-in is subject to availability. Incase guests fails to check-in by evening despite their reservation then full day room rent will be charged.
3. All guests, including child above 5 yrs. have to produce their KYC for documentation and will be returned post documentation.
4. Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and create no nuisance that might cause great inconvenience to other boarders and localites. Failure to comply will result in necessary action.

6. Consumption of illicit liquors inside Homestay is strictly prohibited and if found so,authoritative bodies can take necessary action.Homestay authorities cannot be held responsible for any such activities of guests.
7. Pets are not allowed in the homestay.
8. Homestay lights off period start from 11 p.m. and ends at 7 a.m.
9. Guests are requested to lock their room properly when going out. They are solely responsible for any loss or damage of their belongings. Loosing of room key will incur a charge of Rupees 200/-.
10. Guests will have to bear a financial liability on actuals for any damage or destruction to homestay property due to their fault.
11. Electrical gadgets like room heater, iron and any item of similar types are not allowed inside Homestay.
12. Carrying of any items which are combustible in nature or any of those kinds which are hazardous and are prohibited and objectionable by law are strictly prohibited inside homestay. Management may refuse staying of those guests in the homestay carrying such items inspite of their bookings. If found so their booking amount will not be refunded.
13. Carrying weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and pungent items and involvement in gambling, contraband, prostitution are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
14. Guests are expected to comply with all applicable rules and laws of Government and the homestay those will be in force from time to time. Management reserves the right to vacate any room without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to guest if guest is found involved in any such activities of similar types which goes against rule as laid. The guest shall be bound to vacate when asked to do so.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES AND RULES
